Ordering & Payment
You can expect a response within 1-3 business days. Our Customer Service Team works Monday-Friday.
To cancel or edit your order, please sign in to your customer profile by clicking HERE
Unfortunately, we can't edit an order once it has been fulfilled. However, we can try to cancel your order before it ships so you can place another order with the correct items.
Taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Shipping & Tracking
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping cost will apply, and will be added at checkout. We ship overseas whit our local shipping Carrier in Switzerland.
Our warehouse team works Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please pay attention to that: when a customer send a payment we occur a 3-5 days to processing the order.
The shipping time may vary due to the final destination. On average does it take 4-9 days.
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We will take care of any issues with the adress and try to do our best.
It is calculated based on prediction and it is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. (estimated fullfilment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time).
Our fulfillment time average is 1-2 business days. The estimated shipping time is calculated according to your delivery region and our carrier.
It is only an estimation, that's mean it's not a guarantee. You can recive the order past the EDT (Estimated Delivery Time) for rason like:
- Issues with printing machines;
- Products being out of stock;
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions.
We'll work our hardest way to meet our delivery estimates.
If your order's estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven't received it, here's what you do:
1) Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can't predict. We understand it's frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate.
Returns & Exchange
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags. We will pay for the return shipping for all CH (swiss) orders. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. We cannot offer free return shipping for international orders or refund on Customs or Duties.
Please note: all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchange on Stickers, Keychain, Posters.
Please allow 3-7 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to email@example.com. We will immediately send you the correct item after we receive the incorrect item.
For the best care on our Clothing, we reccomend washing on cold or warm but no more than 30° degrees and tumble dry or hang dry.
We recommend to not directly iron the printing section.
For specific items you are interested in, fo to the product page and you may enter your email adress or phone number to be messaged directly when that item is restocked.
