DUE TO COVID-19, SOME SHIPMENT MAY BE AFFECTED WITH DELAYED.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2- 3 business days it means that when you make an order we initiate a fulfillment process for be eligible to send out. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges may vary due to the final destinations, the price displayed at the checkout depend on our shipping carrier.

On average it take up to 4-6 days to recive your shipment, but it may vary due to the country of destination and some shipping delay is attribuible some times to other factor like customs check, your country postal sevices and weekend. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Loadingparts.com ships to addresses within the CH., Switzerland, Europe, Africa, South and North America, Australia and Asia. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it's not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons like:

  • issues whit our print/ embroidery machine;
  • products being out of stock;
  • shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Loadingparts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Loadingparts.com​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea, Africa, Central America and South America.
